Psychology of human mind and failure - After experiencing failure, we never want to fail again—particularly at the thing we failed at. As a result, we sometimes set subconscious goals like, “Do this right, or you'll end up like last time.” This is what psychologists call “avoidance” or “prevention” motivation.

Greatness is costly it requires consistent down payments! Works, deeds, actions, perseverance, trials and tribulations are all down payments! How many payments have you put in?! 

What kind of greatness are you hungry for?

Have You done everything that you can for your greatness? Or are you too busy entertaining your thoughts, and fears of failure? 

You have to go through and weather the storms in order to be great. If you can master being little/humble and hungry then you will become great. Humility and character is built from all things that you go through in life. Only when you understand that ultimately God wants you to give your all, and be in a humble, giving place. He wants sincerity, honesty, desire and your faith. 

Learn to master little by little - that is how change and breakthroughs happen.
